Halco was founded 30 years ago in Asheville, North Carolina as one of the first telemarketing companies in the automotive aftermarket. During the early 70's Halco relocated to the Atlanta area and was purchased by William Parker. The automotive division was one of five segments of the company. Mr. Parker divested himself of the other divisions in order to dedicate his efforts solely into making Halco Automotive the service leader in the Atlanta marketplace.

The company is comprised of three basic elements - Halco Industries, which distributes automotive-related products throughout the United States. Halco Lubricants, which specializes in bulk/package delivery of Lubricants and related chemicals distributed throughout GA, NC, AL and SC. Finally Total Equipment Solutions (TES) which supplies and service automotive shop equipment to all segments of the trade.
